We moved onto a catamaran and sailed Madagascar’s Indian Ocean in search of the legendary dogtooth tuna. These fish hit like a freight train and fight like crazy. I show the whole ride, from bluewater drops to the fight to the catch on deck, then we celebrate with incredible meals cooked from the freshest fish we caught.
