This trip to Türkiye was one for the books. I headed into the Aegean Sea to spearfish bluefin tuna, one of the most powerful and challenging fish in the sea, then travelled inland to Pamukkale, Turkey’s famous white travertine terraces and one of the most surreal landscapes I have ever seen.
